Thorntons Brand Standards and Logo Use

Thorntons Brand Standards and Logo Use

Because we are passionate about protecting the reputation of our brand, we are very careful about how our brand is used. It is never OK for any of our brand features to be altered, edited or misrepresented. All of our brand features are protected by applicable trademark, copyright and other intellectual property laws. If you would like to use any of them on your website, in an ad, in an article or book, or reproduce them anywhere else, you will need to first receive permission from Thorntons Marketing Department.

If we grant your request, the Thorntons logo must be accompanied by a notice that clearly indicates that the Thorntons logo is trademarked or a distinctive brand feature of Thorntons Inc. Thorntons reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or modify your permission to display the Thorntons logo and to take action against any use that does not conform to these terms and conditions, infringes any Thorntons intellectual property or other right, or violates applicable law.

Please submit your logo requests to kogburn@thorntonsinc.com. Please tell us how and where the logo will be used, and if it is being used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Please allow 5 business days for review of request, and someone with the marketing dept will get back with you.
