Welcome to the 2012 Thorntons Men’s Basketball Bracket Challenge. The 2012 Thorntons Men’s Basketball Bracket Challenge (the "Sweepstakes") is a competition to predict the results of the 2012 Division I Men's College Basketball Tournament (the "Tournament"). On March 11, 2012, the selection committee will seed the qualifying college basketball teams of the Tournament. Participants will attempt to select the winners of each game in the Tournament. Participants will earn points by correctly predicting the winning team in each game of the Tournament. The number of points awarded for each correct pick will increase with each round of the Tournament. The exact number of points awarded in this Sweepstakes is set forth in the Making Picks section below. One grand prize ("Grand Prize") will be awarded to the participant with the highest total number of points scored in this Sweepstakes of the pre-determined winner, as described in the Prizes section of these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes will begin on Sunday, March 11, 2012 and will run through the final game of the Tournament scheduled for April 2, 2012.

Winner must claim their prize at applicable Thorntons store. Winner must show a form of identification when claiming prize. Valid identification (driver’s license, birth certificate, or validated state ID) must be presented to verify identity. Thorntons Inc. is not required to honor other forms of identification or any identification that has been tampered with or altered.

Restrictions: No winner can win more than one prize during this promotion. By claiming any prize, winner consents, without further authorization, the use of name, likeness and /or voice for promotion/advertising purposes by Thorntons Inc., and all other sponsors. Winner may be required to furnish an affidavit of eligibility and release.
