The 2012 Thorntons Men’s Basketball Bracket Challenge Sweepstakes is FREE to play. No purchase or entry fee is necessary to enter or win.

Administration

Thorntons Inc. will serve as the Administrator of the 2012 Thorntons Men’s Basketball Bracket Challenge Sweepstakes and will be responsible for resolving any disputes that arise regarding the rules.

Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes, you must be: (a) a Registered User; and (b) a legal resident of one (1) of the five (5) U.S. states in which Thorntons Inc. operates stores. Presently, these states include: KY, OH, IN, IL, TN. For purposes of these Official Rules, "Registered User" means a person who has successfully completed the registration form and has obtained a User Identification ("ID") and associated password ("Password") on the following website: www.thorntonsinc.com. If you are not a Registered User you may become a Registered User and obtain an ID and a Password by completing the Sweepstakes registration process on this website. There is no fee or charge for you to become a Registered User. Employees of Thorntons Inc. (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities") and each of their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and members of the immediate family or household of each are not eligible to win. Immediate family or households is defined as a parent, sibling or any person residing in the same household as an employee of the Sweepstakes Entities. Void where prohibited by law. Such excluded persons may play, but WILL NOT be eligible to receive a Grand Prize (the "Prize").
