ESOP Explanation

Not many places offer ownership, but we are not like other places. At Thorntons, we believe owners make better Team Members. That’s why, after one year, all Thorntons Team Members are eligible to become an owner through our ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). Every year, Thorntons will donate a percentage of Thorntons’ stock to you. The longer you stay, the more you’ll get. And the better everyone performs, the more your stock will be worth.

Champ Cares Fund

A driving force in our culture is that we look out for our team members. We celebrate each other’s successes and are there to help during times of hardship. It’s why the Champ Cares Fund was created. Team members who experience unavoidable hardship are eligible for financial aid; not loans, but gifts. The Champ Cares Fund is funded primarily by team members, for team members.
