Management positions require leadership skills, experience and the desire to be successful in the retail environment. It will be necessary you have the following: ability to multi-task, great communication skills, ability to manage and motivate people, ability to control the inventory and manage the assets of the company, proficient computer skills to perform reporting process, valid driver’s license, and pre-employment background approval.
Management positions require the ability to stand for long periods of time, ability to lift up to fifty pounds and to contribute to the upkeep of the store including the cleaning and stocking of the store. Also, this position requires the involvement of you in recruiting, hiring and training of employees.
Managers are responsible for the successful operation of the store while utilizing the skills and experience of the entire staff.
