The Regional Manager is responsible for management of the day-to-day operations within the region, including executing the programs and expectations of the organization.
The qualifications include, and are not limited to, the following: four-year college degree, multi-unit retail experience, exceptional leadership ability, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, financial accountability including the monthly profit and loss statement and the ability to synthesize information and draw actionable conclusions from the information while understanding and empathizing as necessary.
The Regional Manager position is one of management and leadership and requires high energy, and a strong appreciation for the retail environment.
